Hello, I'm having my first experiences with Power BI. When I select a date, the chart and table update accordingly. But when I click on a bar in the chart, the table is updated but the date is not selected. How can I change that? Thanks Stefan

Hi @stefantaust ,
In Power BI Desktop, the slicer filtering principle can be simply understood like this:
Slicer Filtering Visual: You can use the date slicer to filter the data in a visual. For example, after selecting a date range, the visual will automatically display the data within that range.
Visual can't reverse filter slicers: If you want to filter dates by clicking on the visual, you can put the dates in a separate table visual object. However, the visual cannot inversely affect the slicer selection. That is, the slicer is unidirectional and can only be used by the slicer to filter the chart, not by the visual to change the slicer selection.

Hi @stefantaust, I don't think you can filter a slicer with a visual, usually it's the other way around.
