Hi @AL_Thomas -To create a date slicer in Power BI where selecting a date filters data to show only events

In the Fields pane, drag your date field (e.g., Event Date) to the canvas.
Power BI will automatically create a slicer visualization for the date field.
Change Slicer to "Before" Mode:

Click on the slicer to select it.
In the Slicer header, click on the small dropdown arrow (in the upper right corner of the slicer).
Select "Before" as the slicer type. This will turn the slicer into a "before" filter, allowing users to pick a specific date and filter events occurring on or before that date.
Set the Slicer to Filter on or Before the Selected Date:

With "Before" mode selected, the slicer will show a single date selector.
When you choose a date, the slicer will automatically filter the data to include only dates that are on or before the selected date.
