I have date slicer issue, always dates reseting on selecting years
Why this happeans?
I am not able to reproduce that issue with my test, it might be a bug. I would recommend you to post this issue to issues forum or create a support ticket for a quick response.

@Analitika , Are you using Hierarchy slicer from Feb 2020 Release. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-february-2020-feature-summary/
I dont know, i just update it from Appstore.
@Analitika , Updated slicer? Feb 2020 is just a property inside slicer , just check check the section in last link name - Hierarchical slicer (preview)
@Analitika , That you have contact with Developers for issues. But I would recommend the one you have after Feb release. Just enable it from the setting. Drag more than one column in a Normal slicer it will become hierarchy slicer
