Date filtering on a matrix visual

I am trying to display dates at the top of my visual and filter them. I have created two measures to give me the average and max of a duration.

_Average Loading Time = FORMAT( AVERAGE( 'Turn Around'[_Turn around Time in Time] ), "hh:mm")
_Max Loading Time = FORMAT( MAX( 'Turn Around'[_Turn around Time in Time] ), "hh:mm")

and added them to the visual but then I lose the filter that is set to all pages.  I also cannot seem to get the date on the top.
