Date difference between two dates in same column

Hi,   I need to calculate the date difference between 2 max dates example below: i need the date difference between Accept and Hired of John

    Or you can use measure below:

    Date Difference = CALCULATE(DATEDIFF(MIN(Table1[Max Date]), MAX(Table1[Max Date]), DAY), ALLEXCEPT(Table1, Table1[Name]))

Hi, if you want the difference in number of days you could use as a calculated column:

Date Difference = 
VAR CurrentPerson = Table1[Name]
VAR AcceptDate = CALCULATE(MAX(Table1[Max date]);FILTER(Table1;Table1[Name]=CurrentPerson);Table1[Step]="Accept")
VAR HiredDate = CALCULATE(MAX(Table1[Max date]);FILTER(Table1;Table1[Name]=CurrentPerson);Table1[Step]="Hired")
RETURN HiredDate-AcceptDate
