Hi,
I am creating a paginate report against a power BI dataset.
I have a date column, that in power query is specified as date format.
In the Power BI desktop it is specified as a date column.
However, as soon as I use that column in a parameter field in the paginated report it is showing time
The underlying DAX is EVALUATE SUMMARIZECOLUMNS('EOM report'[inspection_date])
in DAX studio it also shows time
I only want to display the date, how can i make the time not show?
thanks
Have you tried to change the Format of the Date clumn to only show date from your Power BI desktop?
yes
Try chaning it in properties pane if that works.
Refer Solved: Format datatime in paginated report - Microsoft Power BI Community
The issue is with the parameter field. I don't see any option to format a parameter in the parameter properties.
