Date Updated timestamp dropdown and report schedule refresh sync behaves different

We have PBI default date updated dropdown showing Dataset scheduled refresh time, By defaults sync with the latest scheduled refresh asynchronously on click of the dropdown, But the created actual reporting data freshness timestamp will refresh if we hit F5 or refresh the entire page. This leads to confusion when one session opened earlier and another newly opened both Data updated time shows the latest dataset scheduled refresh time but the old session keeps the Datafreshness timestamp when they opened. How to fix it. Thanks!
