Date/Time timezone formatting issue

Hello, 

When i upload a csv to power bi it completely changes my date time format. For example i have a time formatted as 2018-12-10T19:57:00.0000000Z but power bi changes it to 12/10/2018 7:57 PM+00:00. How do i get to maintain the original the zulu time format?

Two suggestions

1. Convert the column to type text (instead of datetimezone)

2. Let it store it as datetimezone, but then use a custom format string to display it as you like in your reports/measures.
