Date/Time Changing Inconsistently

Hi all,   I have a column of date/time. I expected PowerBI to change it based on UTC, which I know how to edit/account for. Except what I'm finding now is that some dates are changing by 4 hours an...

    It looks like it has something to do with daylight saving time (october is not in DST time so a 4 hours difference, november and january are in daylight saving time so 5 hours of difference).

     

    You can change the way Power BI handles time zones in Power BI Desktop. To do so, go to:

    file > options & settings > Options > Regional settings (current file) > change the locale to your desired setting
