Date Table and Adding Data to it from a Data Source

Question

I have a data source which has a unique ID. A "Created" and "Closed" by date for each unique ID. Also, a Status (Open, Close) for each Unique ID. There are situations where multiple unique ID's are "created" and/or "closed" on the same date.

In a calendar year, I would like to fill in the dates that have the Open/Close Status and count the occurence of those status for each day of the year.

I can't seem to find the right combination of DAX to do this. I'm also very new to this.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Anonymous , You need to join both of them with Date table, one will active another one will be inactive and then use userelation to activate them.

Thank you for this&nbsp;AM . How would you do a cumulative total of the Employee ID if I wanted to get a total of employees that had worked in a course of a year?
