Date Slicer
Just check your joins are in active mode. Means join line is a strong line, not a dotted line.

Do your date/s, in fact, have timestamp?
Can you share some screenshot dates(joining columns) by hiding sensitive information?

Hi so the Date field in table DImDate links to the Business_Event_DateTime fields in the Business_Confirmed & Business_Full_Quote tables. The Date slicer is based on the Date field in the DimDate table. When I move the slicer the Quote Count figures change but the Sales Count figures dont

[Insurer] is from Business_Confirmed or Business_Full_Quote table?
[Insurer] in two visuals are the same one or two different columns?
As tested, if [Insurer] in two visuals are two different columns from two tables, then my Quote Count figures and Sales Count work well.
If [Insurer] in two visuals are the same one from one table, it doesn't work for Sales Count.
