Super Useris flag3 returning correct month?
try like
Calendar = CALENDAR(MIN('data - fund level'[Month]), MAX('data - fund level'[Month]))
selected date = SELECTEDVALUE('Calendar'[Date])
flag3 =
CALCULATE (
MAX ( [Month] ),
FILTER (
ALLEXCEPT ( 'data - fund level',

[Month] <= [selected date]
))

The flag is not right..
