I notice that people can add date of refresh at the header of a Power BI Report, which is accessed via URL. How do they do this?

AFAIK, current you can't do customize on this part. I'd like to suggest adding a card to show the last refresh data on your report.

Hello, that's a screen shot of someone else doing it. Unfortunately, I'm not able to communicate with that person. So it is possible to display the data refresh date at the report header.
