Date Range slicers on date field parameters

Is there an issue with using DateRange [ Between] slicer on date columns in field parameter slicer? [Power Bi desktop version: 2.123.742.0 64-bit (November 2023)]
For eg, if I have CreateDate and CloseDate as field parameter columns and I want to use a Date Range / Between slicer type on either of those dates in a slicer dynamically determined by another slicer (name ParamGroup in my example}. the Between option appears in the Slicer Type options, but when tried to choose it, it immediately dissapears and the SlicerType becomes Vertical List or Dropdown
I verified that both the original columns are of DateTime data type, And when i used the field parameter column in my slicer, I selectedthe 'Show value of selected field" option; I want the cicrled slicer below to be of DateRange/Between type
Is there a glitch in choosing and retaining that slicertype or how do i solve this?

Hi @HamsaSankaran ,

This seems to be an issue, I tested fine with version 2.124.1554.0 64-bit (December 2023) and version 2.126.927.0 64-bit (February 2024).

It must be ensured that the slicer for the field parameter is single-selected, otherwise according to this restriction, then the slicer that follows will contain two fields, and the slicer of type between does not accept two and more fields, so it will automatically become a hierarchy slicer.

So the solution is to download and install the latest power bi desktop, you can find it here.
Download Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

Attached is my test file.
