Date (Quarter, Month and Day)

Need your help to know how to control the filter to get the full days (30 or 31 days) of the previous month and only the selected day/s from the current month.

Try measure as:

Measure = 
var _maxdate= MAX('Date filter'[Date])
var _mindate=DATE(YEAR(_maxdate),MONTH(_maxdate)-1,DAY(_maxdate))
return
CALCULATE(
    ALLSELECTED('Table'[Date]),
    FILTER(
        'Table',
         MAX('Table'[Date])>=_mindate && MAX('Table'[Date])<=_maxdate)
    )
