Date Hierarchy

Unfortunately, I can't think of any other way at this stage.
- You have Auto-datetime enabled in PBI Desktop
- You don't have DirectQuery connection mode
3 more questions:
- Do you have any relationships in the model on this DATE column?
- Do you have a Calendar or Date table in your data model that is marked as DATE table?
- What version of PBI Desktop are you using?
1. I have created many to many relationship on Date column in model.

Hi Nalandeep ,
When you have relationship on Date column in the data model, is one the DATE column showing date hierarchy and one of them not?
When I say a Calendar or Date table in the data model, I am talking about this:

none of the Date column showing hierarchy.

I can't think of anythign else as I don't see this behaviour at my end. Date column hierarchy shows up when Auto-datetime option is enabled at BOTH places in the Power BI settings.
I am pulling data from an excel file in the Power BI Desktop.
One last thing to check is, can you share a screesnhot of the Data Source Settings in Power BI. You will see something like below:
how this is related to that issue can you please explain.
