Dual Storage can act as either cached or not cached, which depending on the context of the query submitted to the dataset. If Dual tables acts as DirectQuery tables, data will not be loaded in Power BI. If Dual tables acts as Import tables, data will be loaded into Power BI. For more details about Dual Storage, you can refer Manage storage mode in Power BI Desktop.In addition, the option ‘Enable load’ will affect data load. And the connection stability will affect data load as well.

But what about behaviour when Dual table is related to Dual table ?

thanks for your answer. I already have read this article before, but unfortunately there's no exact answer for Dual table to Dual table.
Have already created Microsoft Support Ticket. Actually there's no clear root cause why sometimes Data is there and sometimes not...
