Helper IDatasource credentials for excel file & odbc connection
I have quick question. I just moved to Power BI desktop report to Online version.
Everything working fine, except data refresh.
It gives me an error: "Your data source cannot be refreshed because the credentials are invalid. Please update your credentials and try again"
You can see the error at attachment. However, My credentials are correct, desktop version is working without any problem. However, Online app has errors.
Do you any solution?

Thanks for your responses. My files are in local drive, shared folder & ODBC.
With the help of my colleague, it is solved.
I download the on-premises version data gateway. But, it should be the personal Power-BI one (because of the company IT issues).
Now it working!

Where is your Excel file located? If on-premises do you have a gateway? What credential types are you choosing when you Edit credentials?

Does these excel file in same location? Please share some detail information.
If some of them are at local device, another are online, it may cause the issue.
