MelanieEB , It may be because of the connection issue. From Setting to Manage Gateways and connection and check, id connection not working, go and update the details using setting
Solved it finally. I had to go to Power BI settings, semantic models, Datasource - credentials and refresh the login to Cds and SharePoint. Now all Datasets can be refreshed.
