Datasets refresh failed with credenticals issue

All my datasets failed refresh over the weekend (22/10/2018), but i'm still able to refresh from my desktop and publich.

those datasets have no problem to 'scheduled refresh' before.

I've tried all the 'Authentication method' but none of those working.

    HI ivyhai,

     

    This may be caused by old version of gateway, please update your data gateway to the lastest version and make sure PBIEgwService is always running on your server.

    are the service verison and the one in your desktop 100% the same? if you download the model from the service, are you able to refresh it?

      Stachu Yes, I've downloaded it from service, and can be refreshed through desktop level.

        I think it was covered in the recent Guy in a Cube video - it seems to not work if the query folding is not working

        they have a solution for it there, but it's too elaborate to copy it here
