    What ended up fixing my issue was removing my column relationships and re-creating them. After re-creating the column relationships, my visuals updated properly.

Hi daltontouch,

 

If I understand your scenario correctly that when you click Refresh on Power BI Desktop, the data refreshed in Data view, but the values in your table visual were not updated?

 

By my test on the Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.59.5135.781 64-bit (June 2018)), I cannot reproduce your issue.

 

Please check your version of Power BI Desktop and update to the latest Version.

 

In addition, what data source do you conncet and how do you connect it?
