Databricks connection failure for two hours

My Pbix file was not connecting to Databricks and data was also not getting loaded on my Desktop. This issue was there for two hours, after that I was able to connect to Databricks and my dashboard was also loading the data. What could be the possible reason for this connection failure for two hours.

Error window 1(Cannot load model): We couldn't connect to your DirectQuery datasource or internal model. Double-check your server and database names are correct, and that you have permission to access them.
