Database not refreshing when Windows Machine is shut down, need help

MySql Database is stored on AWS server, we have installed Enterprise gateway on a local windows machine, If we shut down the local windows machine we get the message   Failed Your data gateway is...

    It is required that your machine is on when the refresh is happening. It is better if you install your gateway on some EC2 machine or on-premise server which is always on.

If you have access to the AWS server then better install the Gateway on premises.

Hi, thanks a lot for helping, can you share some documentation/steps link which will help me install on-premise gateway on EC2
