Helper VDatabase connections as Parameters
How to declare Global Parameters that are available for any developer / user? E.g. If I want to allow a user to access Development Environment, I can provide him with a parameter file that will allow him/her to connect to Development database.
He/She does not have to know the entire database connection string.
