    hi Qiuyun,

     

    i do not think it was related to the connection, this morning i changed from organisational account to windows account and the issue was solved.... So, thank you very much for your support, the issue is been solved.

hello There, 

 

I have the same error message- I retrieve data into Power BI desktop from a query in Excel, but when refreshing the data in Power BI i get the error

Microsoft SQL: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.)

 

How can i solve?
