1. Try reinstall desktop, which has worked for someone who had the same issue.
2. Try change max cache size in the option. It looks a memory issue.

Community ChampionbrianAtSapient - Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit client? ImkeF - Any additional ideas other than client version and reducint the amount of data/columns coming across?
I'm running 64-bit client and have recently updated my PowerBI desktop to July 2020.
