This is related with the format of the data and the region used on your report best way of fixing this is to change the type based on location:

Be sure that you do this before the step Changed Type.
It did not the issue but all date turns to error....
So i share what the initial formula as screenshot may helps better.
Where did you do this new step? You need to do it before the changed type step
