I updated a column in the data table that indicated any null values to replace those null values (previously blanks) to be "not updated" - this shows in the data as correctly populating as "not updated" but the chart, which pulls from this same table, continues to show "(Blank)" - even though there is now a value that used to be blank.
I'm perplexed as to why the chart (a pie chart to be specific) still shows blank.

@Anonymous Tested having some blank values in one of the columns and Replaced the Nulls using "Replace Values" in Power Query Editor to replace the nulls with "Not Updated". Used the same in Pie Chart and looks fine.
