Data updated in PowerBI, but doesn't transfer immediately to Excel using Organizational Data Types

I can see that my dataset has refreshed in PowerBI, but when I look for said information in Excel, it does not upload immediately, even after hitting refresh data in Excel.  Sometimes I have to wait overnight to see my data finally populate.  What am I doing wrong?  My dataset is relatively small... 500 rows and 15 columns or so.

@cqpowerbi , excel means analyze in excel? That should be immediate https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-analyze-in-excel

Sorry, I didn't mean analyze in excel.  This is what I'm talking about: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/excel-blog/introducing-excel-organization-data-types-from-pow...
