Data report does not appeas in web

Hi All, I have some reports that shown the information in desktop PBI but not in web. I suspect it is related with encriptation and permisions in SAP HANA tables. Does anyboday happens same? Best r...

    Hi nachrs1701 ,

     

    Which way did you connect to the SAP HANA data source? After publishing it to the service, did you configure the appropriate gateway for this data source?

    In addition, in the gateway settings, when selecting the data source, there is an option named "Verify server certificate" remember to select, otherwise it may lead to refresh error.

     


    There are also limitations in the following areas that can cause refresh errors.

Thank you very much for taking time to check this v-henryk-mstf 

It began 2 months ago in one report sheet and it affects now to 3 reports. 

Gateway does not show up any error message, everything is fine but the informatio, it does not apears:
