mraka9 , Your Power BI tenant is created the first time when someone registers for the Power BI service. And it tries to give you the nearest Azure location. But if you want to tenant location, it should be possible. But you not be able to move data.

Apparently I was communicating with bad support then. I asked them to transfer only my account, without data, but unfortunately they had no knowledge about it. I convinced them for a long time what my problem was and that my application was terribly slow, because my region was set literally to the farthest possible place in Europe. I've been arguing with them about it for a year now. I don't understand why it's in their interest that my app doesn't work properly. If they can't do such a simple thing, I don't know why they advertise the product so much.
