Data refreshing problem unless clear the permissions

I have connected out zetadocs source and modify the filters in a way that suits to our needs.  But, i have a refresing problem with this report. 

So, whenever i click refresh within desktop app i get an error message unless i go file ->option -> data source settings  and clean the permissions and get asked for the credentials again when i hit refresh . 

So the issue is that why do i always have to clean the permissions and need to get myself asked to put source credentials when i click re-fresh?

Also i puplished this to a workspace and scheduled a re-fresh but this always fails as well.

When i force it into refresh it fails again unless i have the desktop app open at the same time and i go clear the permissions and refresh there , then workspace one can complete itself to be refreshed..

Would you please help me? all i want is that to get this report refresh itself
