Data refresh from excel to Powerbi Service

Hi all,   After publishing the dataset and report from desktop to service, i want to refresh some data;    I already created link from my excel source file to PBI service, but after updating data...

Thanks, on another point, once published and if all are ok, is it ok if the desktop file is deleted by mistake? 

 

the pbi service automatically picks up data from excel and we dont need desktop file anymore right - unless we need to do some changes in the measures or row level security?
