Data refresh failed from powerbi desktop

When I tried to refresh data from PowerBI Desktop, I got following error:

 

Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://xspiint.kusto.windows.net/v1/rest/query?db=CardinalTelemetry&csl=AggregatedUniquPlayerNumber...' (520): InternalServiceError

 

It is also failed with the same error from powerbi services.

If you could try to open a new power bi desktop and get data by this url to check if it could work well.
