Data refresh error by other Power BI users

I'm learning.
I created a dash with WEB data connections to have the information of market indicators in real time, but when another user goes to update, it gives an error, as if the database doesn't exist.
Could it be that only my computer performs the searches on the data sites?
In this case, how can I make any computer update the data?

Eu criei um dash com conexões WEB para os dados, para ter informações do mercado em tempo real, porém quando outros usuarios (em outros computadores) tentam atualizar, dá um erro, como se não existisse as bases.
Seria porque meu computador é a unica máquina que consegue realizar as pesquisas nesse site?
Neste caso, como eu poderia fazer para que qualquer computador atualize as informações?

In order to make troubleshooting, could you please provide the following information?
- The connected data source, connection mode
- The screenshot with error message
- Which license type that "other user" have? Free? Pro?

Refresh using Web connector doesn't work properly
If you have a Web connector script that's using the Web.Page function, and you have updated your dataset or report after November 18th, 2016, you must use a gateway for refresh to work properly.
