Data not showing in a table but is in the Power Query

Hi,

Having an issue where not all the data is showing up in my published table. in the power query where I have enabled the filters they are showing, as I close and apply they do not appear through to the data table. I ahve searched everywhere and I cannot find any other filters that could be impacting it. The only other theory I have is I have made custom columns for part of it that almalgomates costs and the ones that have £0 are not showing, however there is no filter set to filter these out. Just showing the record numbers that do not make it through. Any ideas to fix this is very appreciated!
