Data not refreshing even though it says successful from Excel

I have had a dashboard connected through Excel for the last year and have never had a problem with data refresh but for some reason the visuals are not displaying changes that are reflected in the dataset.  The last refresh shows the current timestamp so something is happening but there are no changes being made in the dashboard.  I have looked online but have not found anything to assist.  I would appreciate any help or guidance as this dashboardis critical.  Thank you.
