Data model for a questionnaire with next question to be displayed on the answer to the previous one

Hi,

I need to build a data model where by based on the answer to the current question the next questions is to be displayed.

Let us say I have a table of Questions with 4 rows

1. Question -1

2. Question -2

3. Question -3

4. Question - 4

The answers to these questions could be Yes, No, Predetermined value.

Depending on the answer to the current question the next question will have to be displayed

Say Answer to Question-1 is Yes then do not display Question -2 , display Question - 3

Then Based on answer to  Question -3 display Question -4.

Based on Answer to the question, 2 columns  Code and Value  need to be extracted and displayed.

What is the best way to achieve this in Power BI.  This is working in Excel.

Any help will be appreciated.

Based on Answer to the question, 2 columns  Code and Value  need to be extracted and displayed.

It's difficult to find the logic by your description and the screenshot.

Could you please explain how to get the Code and Value in the screenshot?

If possible, could you share what you do in excel.
