Data logger push to PowerBI

I am trying to develop a real time or close to real time dashboard though powerbi. My energy data is currently stored in a data logger accessible through url. It can export data only in csv file or html through a GUI or through a soup api. My company has a data warehouse that can only accept content , which is contrary to the file pushing. Is there another location or storage that could receive the csv file and then automatically convert it to a database and then link to powerbi? Appreciate the advice.
