Data loading in Power BI

Hi,

I would like to ask how to reduce time of loading data in Power BI. I am importing XML files in Power BI. I observed that whenever I import new tables, it loads not only new tables but also old tables which has been loaded already. So is it possible to make more effective process in this case?

1. Increment load (works only from webservices)
2. disable Enable load option, leave only Include in report refresh

Hello @Analitika ,

You could do something called Incremental refresh, which only refreshes a certain timeframe were you specify it like the last 30 days and archive the rest so it wont refresh everything every time.

I am not talking about refresh but about data loading first time I load tables from xml file.
