Data load and hide filter
I'm going to place a lot of visual such as table and use Bookmark and hide filter to get different tables in some cases
Does the hide filter affect data loading in this case?
Does PowerBI load all the data from the table and then apply the hide filter?
Or does PowerBI reload data every moment I turn off or apply the hide filter?
Hi Nick21
hiding filters affects the user interface and does not directly impact how data is loaded or processed. Power BI uses the already-loaded data in memory and applies or removes filters based on the current bookmark's state. Performance can be impacted based on how complex your filters and bookmarks are, but Power BI manages data efficiently within its data model and memory constraints.
