Data labeling in a map

Hello together,

it is not possible to set any description in a map in PowerBi to a specific longitude and latitude, which is permanently displayed:

I simply do not want to succeed in marking the data points with the names.

Is there really no possibility?

    Hi Chris_23 ,

     

    There is a workaround, that for some reason works but you can do this:

    • Change the Latitude and Longitude aggregation to Average (or sum)
    • Assuming you have a name related with the latitude and longitude add the Name column to the Location
    • Now turn on categories

    You can use any other column on your data, be aware that this only works with columns on the name not measures.
