Data label missing from first bar in bar chart

In a bar chart the first bar, the largest,  does not show the data label - all the others do. How do I correct this?

Hi - thanks for the reply - yes I already tried this - changing the position of the data label - it moves existing labels accordingly but the missing one is still missing 😞
