Data isn't refreshing from Excel file

I update a couple tables each month in an Excel workbook and refresh the data in Power BI so I can integrate it into a dashboard. It was working fine when I first built the tables last month and the data was pulling in. I just added the new rows of data and have hit refresh multiple times (which it says it completes) but the new rows of data don't come in. Its a minimal amount of data added each month (only 2 new rows in 2 different tabs). 

Not sure if anyone has experienced this but let me know if you have any suggestions! I pasted a screenshot of the file and type below is this helps. Thank you!
