Data in the tab not showing when publised

Hi,

Can someone please advise on why this might be happening?  Data is not showing for one of the tabs on a published report, all the other tabs have the data on the report except for this one.  The tab does show all the options and filters I have on them but just the data is not in the published report.  It's available on the desktop without any issues, any idea on why this might be happening?

We were able to resolve this, there was some security issue with the username that we used for the gateway.

republish -> Clear Browser cache -> Refresh and try again
