Data in matrix column dissapears when I select additional dimensions

There is no data model, it's based on a single snapshops.

 

 

------------------------------------- 1) single dimension selected 

As you can see in screenshot 1, there is data in the matrix chart (bottom left)

The data is also replicated in the table (top right)

------------------------------------- After adding a second dimension

As you can see in screenshot 2, there is NO data in the matrix chart (bottom left)

However, the relevant data remains in the table (top right)

    Anonymous , I can see the total on 2022 dec-jan showing some data. Just sort it differently and check, it might have data for different sets of rows.

    Hi amitchandak 

     

    You were correct, there is more data.
    However, this has exposed another issue for me is that it does not seem the values are being aggregated by the dimension (rows Measure). In this case it is MerchantName (see below)

     

    I thought the plot would roll this up for me. Am I misunderstanding the point of a matrix plot? Is there something else I am missing?
