Data format change
It should work if both of the below conditions are satisfying
- If you haven't applied any file type filter
- If your CSV file schema (Sheet name, column headers ) remains the same.
If possible, try to convert your existing excel file and verify the scenario.

HI Sujit_Thakur ,
You can combine a excel file and csv file in Power BI if they have same structure, same number of columns, same column names.

Sujit_Thakur , Create an import with csv. Go to Edit Query mode. right click and open advance editor. Copy the source information.
Go and update the same in excel source.
