Update:
This is a new issue and the Product Group is working to get this fixed.
Workaround:There is an option to roll back the desktop version to mitigate this issue, or use the Export Data on PBI Service to process the data.

Yes, this is a known issue.The deployment of the fix has begun and has been completed in some areas.

Community ChampionYou mentioned exporting as Excel as an issue. Is the issue you are having exporting a Power BI Desktop Visual to a .CSV (visuals export as .CSV not .XLSX)? This is a known Issue 498 and is still ACTIVE.
