Same here, but exporting to EXCEL
What is your question? What have you tried and where are you stuck?
What the user abi21gail shared in the name/description of this thread
"Data exceed the limit" error when exporting less than the limit
You mentioned exporting as Excel as an issue. Is the issue you are having exporting a Power BI Desktop Visual to a .CSV (visuals export as .CSV not .XLSX)? This is a known Issue 498 and is still ACTIVE.
The users made a mistake, they are facing the issue 498. Thanks
No worries.
This is a known issue and is Tagged as ACTIVE.
Issue ID: 498
Date: September 7, 2023
Title: Export to CSV file truncated at 300 rows
Description: When you select Export data on a tabular visual's options menu and choose to export to a CSV file, the resulting downloaded file is truncated to 300 rows, rather than showing all the available rows.
Status: Active
Reference URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/troubleshoot/known-issues/known-issue-498-export-csv-file...
Additional workaround: Use DAX Studio to export data from selected Visual to CSV or Excel.
how to use the dax studio?

Re: Unable to export to csv file - Microsoft Fabric Community
Don't you have a simpler process? As I'm gonna do this daily.
Until Issue 498 is resolved, the option that Microsoft has recommended, as well as using DAX Studio as an External Tool are workable options. Try it out, this is very quick and painless. If you are exporting the same visuals day after day, save the query from DAX Studio and run the export as necessary.
Same issue here. Trying to export csv file with 478 rows and i get the error of exceedind limit of 30.000 and the exported file is just 300 rows.
