This is a known hot issue that mentioned with lots of users(this issue already been submitted). Power bi team are working on it, and I will update here if any ETA.
Update:
This issue has been fixed by power bi team and will be apply to the new verison(v. 2.121.903.0) release soon.

Cyrilbrd I think I saw this reported as an issue before and seems like it is a bug with Sep 2023 release. Check the issue forum and add your reply. For now, maybe try with the older version if this is critical for you.

As seen above 7000 rows...
Only PBDesktop is affected.
Noted re latest update.
